Repetition is not the same as practice.

Most people get better at communicating for the first two years of doing it. Then they stop.

  2. Record one rehearsal. Phone is fine. Three minutes max.
  3. Watch it once that night. Note one thing to change. Just one.
  4. Record the same situation again, with the change applied.
  5. Compare the two. Keep the version that landed. Bank the lesson.
03 · Compounding

The math of the loop is fast.
